These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and Re:PLA via the online shop.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in Euro (EUR).
As a small business according to §19 UStG, VAT is not charged.
Payment methods include:

- PayPal
- Other payment methods offered at checkout
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is carried out according to the Shipping Policy available on this website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Product Characteristics
Due to the 3D-printing process, slight variations in texture and surface may occur. These characteristics are part of the design and do not constitute defects.
Color representation may vary depending on screen settings.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, texts, and content on this website are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
