Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Returns
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In their original condition
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been worn.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer

Please ensure that items are securely packaged when returning them. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
